Wicked Whims? EDIT: thank you all so much for the help! You can turn off autonomous interactions in the settings afaik. Go in through a lot of the sex settings and autonomy to make it how you want, then make sure to save the settings to use them in other saves. There's a lot of autonomy settings to mess around with and there's also a streamer version on the downloads page I believe, where your sims will still do the stuff but it'll be blurred if you don't wanna see all the details.
